Project management

We are active in the area of Project management from 2007. We have built on an experience in Service support and Application development. Our development went through several phases:


Integration of internationally applied methodology PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environment - version 2) into our company. This methodology is flexible and applicable to any project type. It covers the whole life cycle of the project with clearly defined roles, interfaces, responsibilities and planning focused on products. It is a standard that has its history in Great Britain and is based on the Best Practices (activities and processes that were successfully used by other companies) in the area of project management.


Experience in the multinational corporate environment – automobile industry (Volkswagen Slovakia, a.s.) and our activities for the new established Project and Process office from 2007 till 2015. During this period:

 

  • Participation on 62 projects, out of them 31 in manufacture area and 31 in administrative area
  • Participation on Project Office activities, Change Management support, Technological Management support

 

To satisfy growing requirements of our customer similarly as for Service support, we developed a web application for internal use to plan and cover all project activities. This helped us also to extend our experience in area of architecture and application development.

 

Integration of ITSM- IT Service Management into our company – all the process and functions are described in worldwide known library ITIL® that is based on Best Practice examples in IT area (activities and processes were successfully used by companies). History of ITIL® begins in eighties in Great Britain. Process management based on ITIL® enables management of the company to understand its IT and IT to understand the company’s requirements. Contribution for the company - processes standardization, because ITIL® is de facto a standard on which ISO 20000 norm is based. It provides higher quality services delivered to the end user, decrease of costs, higher flexibility in IT environment and risks elimination.

 

 

Based on above mentioned experiences and know how we are able to offer our customers different alternatives of cooperation in the area of Project management.
